As The Entrepreneur’s Attorney, Sheryl works exclusively with small businesses, from start-up to buy-out. Since 1995, she has worked with hundreds of small business owners and has 19 years of experience as an attorney, with both transactional and litigation experience. She founded Hunter Business Law to meet the unique needs and challenges of entrepreneurs. The company provides advice and services in the manner of dedicated in-house counsel, and is both accessible and affordable.
Her passion for entrepreneurship inspired her to found two businesses in addition to her law practice. She has also served as General Counsel for the last 19 years for her family real estate business and understands the role of family in many small businesses. To share her love of entrepreneurship, she is a frequent speaker to student entrepreneurship organizations, trade associations and local business groups. She has created and hosts “The Entrepreneur’s Afternoon T.E.A.” once a month for Tampa Bay entrepreneurs interested in expanding their knowledge and resources.
