In 2001 Steven founded myMatrixx, a pharmacy benefits manager focused on technology solutions for the workers’ compensation market to provide better outcomes for injured workers.  In May  2017, myMatrixx sold to Express Scripts – a Fortune 100 company with more than $100 billion in revenues, achieving an exceptional return for early investors.

A serial entrepreneur and no stranger to exits, Steven previously founded and served as the CEO of TechHealth.  In 2013 TechHealth was purchased by One Call Management, a portfolio company of Apax Partners.  He also co-founded the Mamabear Family Safety app that was sold to Grom Social in September, 2016.

Additionally, Steven partnered with Christopher Reeve and his foundation to promote research for a cure for paralysis caused by spinal cord injury and other central nervous system disorders. Steven has focused the majority of his career in technology and workers’ compensation and formerly served in numerous leadership positions with PMSI and Pharmerica. He also served in the Air National Guard.
