Manifest is a Gen Z mental health community that builds emotional wellness for its users through daily challenges that transform self-care into a rewarding and habitual experience.

Founded in 2023 by Amy Wu, a Stanford-educated engineer and former investor at ICONIQ Capital, Manifest addresses the critical mental health crisis among Gen Z with a mobile-first, always-on solution. Amy’s unique founder journey, from investing in late-stage tech companies to launching an NBA NFT startup, ultimately led her to create Manifest, inspired by the mental resilience challenges faced by professional athletes and high-performers. Manifest reimagines support systems for a digital-native audience. With features like neuroadaptive meditations and data-driven personalization, the app has quickly gained traction.

The Florida Funders team originally met Amy at a Flex Investor Lunch during Art Basel week in Miami, and were immediately struck by her clarity of vision, founder-market fit, and the ambition to build a category-defining company. Her background stood out. She combines deep investment expertise from ICONIQ with a strong product sensibility and a powerful personal mission. Introduced to us by portfolio founders Joey Levy (Betr) and Zaid Rahman (Zaid), Amy is exactly the type of founder we love to back: bold, thoughtful, and obsessed with solving a problem that matters.

Manifest sits at the intersection of AI, mental health, and Gen Z behavior. We believe it has the potential to reshape how a generation navigates emotional well-being, and we’re proud to support Amy and Manifest on that mission.
