Florida Funders is glad to welcome Guy Levy as our newest Investor Relations Associate. Guy's background in deal execution gives him a natural edge in investor relations, and it shows in how he’s already building relationships with our investors and portfolio companies.

Cutting his Teeth in Investment Banking

Guy moved to Orlando from Israel as a young child and did all his schooling there before starting his career in 2022 at Cross Keys Capital in Fort Lauderdale, a lower middle market investment bank working across roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and distribution companies. In just under three years, he closed four deals, including the sale of A&A Global, the company behind the stuffed animals found in claw machines at spots like Dave & Buster's. From there, Guy spent a year in Palm Beach at Perella Weinberg, working in the secondaries group on continuation vehicles.

Finding His Way to FLF

Guy's connection to Florida Funders goes back further than his interview process. 

“[Saxon] actually presented at my university when I was doing a VC program there. That's how I knew about the firm, and I always stayed in touch with him over the years,” Guy said.

A handful of conversations later, Guy joined the team in May 2026. He'd spent years around the language of private equity, investment banking, and venture capital, but landing at the most connected and active VC firm in Florida gave him a different perspective entirely.

What He Brings to the IR Seat

Ask Guy what he brings to the role, and he'll point to his organizational skills first. With multiple funds, thousands of investors, and over 100 portfolio companies to stay on top of at Florida Funders, knowing where to spend his time and who to prioritize counts for as much as any single skill on the IR team.

That same instinct shows up in how he’s spending his days: getting to know FLF investors, many based in Tampa, others across Florida and the Northeast, along with the founders behind our portfolio companies. He's also helping put together materials that bring new deals to market and has already made a habit of reaching out directly.
