Florida Funders Leads Growth Round in Circuitry.ai to Transform Warranty and Service Decisions with AI

Circuitry.ai’s Service Decision Intelligence enables manufacturers and service contract providers to automate complex decisions, improve productivity, and deliver better service outcomes.

TAMPA, FL (October 2026) — Florida Funders (FLF), named one of the top investors in the Southeast by PitchBook, today announced it has led the growth round for Circuitry.ai, a Tampa-based company building AI-powered decision intelligence for service, parts and warranty. DeepWork Capital and Tampa Bay Ventures participated in the round, and FLF joins existing investors including Lasagna Capital.

U.S. manufacturers paid more than $30 billion in warranty claims in 2025, according to Warranty Week, but the challenge extends well beyond claims. Every day, manufacturers make thousands of service decisions across diagnostics, repairs, parts replacement, warranty adjudication and equipment support. Much of that work still depends on experienced technicians manually searching service manuals, parts catalogs, work orders and disconnected systems. As those technicians retire and product lines grow more complex, decades of institutional knowledge risk walking out the door with them.

The problem is most acute for manufacturers and service contract providers, which are large enough to manage complex products and significant service operations but lack the in-house AI and engineering resources of the largest enterprises. The result is a service decision bottleneck: longer claim backlogs, inconsistent adjudication, repeat service visits, unnecessary parts replacement, extended equipment downtime and revenue lost to incorrect or delayed decisions.

Circuitry.ai is building an AI-powered decision layer for these service operations. Its proprietary Service Knowledge Graph brings together a manufacturer's fragmented service information, including manuals, parts catalogs, work orders, equipment data and policy terms, and gives specialized AI agents the context to make or support decisions in real time. Rather than simply helping employees search for information, Circuitry.ai automates decisions that historically required experienced service professionals.

Warranty adjudication is one of the clearest examples. When a claim comes in, Circuitry.ai cross-references the product, repair history, parts information, service documentation and warranty policy, then returns an approve, deny or escalate decision in seconds. The same technology extends to diagnostics, repair workflows and parts selection, allowing manufacturers to introduce AI without replacing their existing core systems. The larger goal is to capture service expertise that has traditionally lived with experienced employees, static documents and disconnected software, and turn it into a reusable decision layer across the full lifecycle of a product.

Circuitry.ai was founded by Ashok Kartham, a Tampa-based serial entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in service lifecycle management. He previously founded 4CS, acquired by PTC in 2011, and Mize, merged with Syncron in 2021, giving him deep experience in the same service and warranty workflows Circuitry.ai now applies AI to.

"We're excited to welcome Florida Funders as an investor in Circuitry.ai," said Ashok Kartham, CEO of Circuitry.ai. "We are defining the Service Decision Intelligence category, helping manufacturers and service organizations make faster, more accurate service decisions. Florida Funders' founder-led team and deep roots in Florida's industrial and technology community make them a valuable partner as we scale our go-to-market. Together, we will help more manufacturers improve product uptime and turn service into a competitive advantage."

"Ashok has already built and sold two companies in this exact market," said Rachael Richardson, Director of Investments at Florida Funders. "With Circuitry.ai, he isn't learning warranty and service operations. He's building the industry-leading software a third time, with AI doing the work a room of adjudicators used to do. That shows up in customer behavior: one customer runs 10,000 warranty claims a month through the platform and has raised its auto-approval threshold five times. With zero logo churn since launch, that's what real stickiness looks like."
